It has been decided by the CAS Committee that there will be a membership fee per family of $5 per year, from 1/7/10 to 30/06/2011.
This will allow free entrance to all of our talks and events.
A membership card will be issued.
Non members are welcome, but we will now be charging an entrance fee of $2 per non-member family for each talk and event except where advertised as being free.
This is to help us pay for public liability insurance.
Our newsletter will still be forwarded to all on our list, irrespective of being a member or not.
Membership Forms will be emailed out and will be available at all our public meetings.

Community Action for Sustainability awarded a Conservation Council of SA Sustainability Grant
Community Action for Sustainability Inc (CAS) are a local community based group interested in environmental sustainability. We have recently been awarded a grant with the Conservation Council of SA to produce a recycling directory for the Limestone Coast area.
CAS members, Neville Moody and Trudy-Anne Doyle, have been chiefly involved in this project. They have contacted local councils, SELGA, ZeroWaste, Service Clubs, NGO’s, Charity Shops, local businesses and the community in order to research accurate information on recycling in our area.
The draft copy has been distributed for comment.
Once approved CAS will take this to the printers.
CAS are looking forward to producing our Recycling Directory which we believe will promote recycling opportunities and awareness within our community, thus reducing landfill and reusing our precious and limited resources.
If you have any ideas or comments on recycling please send them to us on [email protected]
